The Townscapes series, by incorporating the elements of time and movement, illustrates the beauty and charm of the ordinary street scenes of the hill towns and villages that surround my studio. These kinetic images give the viewer a sense of "place". They are designed to change character as you view them from different distances. Real or at least quasi real from a distance to total abstractions on closer inspection.
